A thin layer of varnish is applied to the sheet, this is done so that steam or condensate does not damage the sheet from below. A leaf of titanium -zinc alloy does not require additional manipulations with a protective coating, since the material itself is able to resist corrosion. However, it cannot be argued that a leaf of titanium – zinc alloy consists only of these two components, often an admixture of aluminum is also included in the composition of such a sheet. This is done in order to slightly increase the plasticity of the sheet. Titan gives strength, and an admixture of zinc – a rebuff of corrosion. After manufacturing, the sheet panifies which gives it a natural color and an excellent shade.
