Nowadays, two methods of aligning the ceiling surface – “raw” and “dry” are most popular. The “raw” method consists in applying special solutions and mixtures to a carefully prepared ceiling surface. “Sukhoi” involves the use of dry facing materials – panels, plates, racks, etc. If the surface difference in height is less than 5 cm, then the use of the “raw” method is possible. With a small difference in heights, which do not exceed 0.5 cm, it is better to use putty, which is smeared on the ceiling, and after hardening is polished with sandpaper.
