The device of the rafter system should include special sliding elements, as well as hinges that allow the roof to sit down simultaneously with the house, while changing the inclination. This technology is rarely used, but for high -quality construction it is necessary. When installing a roof, only dry strict lumber can be used, which are antiseptic. The most optimal material for the roof can be considered cement-sand tiles. It is positioned as durable and does not require care, also endowed with good sound insulation.
