Noticing the cracks that go perpendicular to the reinforcement, do not try to ignore them: they say that the plate has become unsafe, and it must be urgently strengthened. Less serious damage to the balcony plate are easily adjusted with a concrete screed. To do this, the surface of the plate is cleaned of waterproofing materials and dust, after which a cement-sand solution is laid on it in an even layer, aligned to the front side of the balcony at an angle of 1.5 degrees.
