If you made a building, which, either the buildings or completed the redevelopment for which you do not have permits, are considered unauthorized. In order to legitimize them, you will need to contact the arbitration court, but before that you will need to contact the BTI, which will have to prepare a number of documents, as well as draw up a new plan for building or redevelopment that you have done.
