Bamboo parquet manufacturing process
Bamboo trunks are sawn into small planks. Then the lamellas are subjected to chemical exposure, which allows the further development of any microorganisms in the wood, and also prevents the decay of the material. Processed planks pass the drying stage with strict observance of the temperature and deadlines. After the blanks are dry, they are sent under a special press, then passed through the stages of special processing. Understanding each lamella is equipped with a special groove for fastening during assembly. And only after that, parquet lamps are covered with a special coating to give them strength, and irradiated with ultravioletus.
