The demolition of dilapidated housing is an important task of housing reform.
Any city is a living developing organism, the houses of which, like people, are born and die. Therefore, in the legislation, a concept related to the housing stock has long been there for a long time — “dilapidated housing”. The demolition of dilapidated housing and the resettlement of its residents is today one of the important tasks of the conducted housing reform, since wretched housing not only looks like an ulcer on the healthy body of the city, but also contains a serious threat to people living there.
